myAIsalon is a cloud-based salon management platform provided by VS Business Solutions, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra, India. It enables salon owners and their staff to manage customer visits, staff commissions, expenses, financial reports, and related business data through a web application accessible at any device with a browser.
By registering a salon on myAIsalon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the service.
Every new registration receives a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of the selected plan. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, access will be suspended until a paid subscription is activated. Trial periods cannot be extended except at the sole discretion of VS Business Solutions.
myAIsalon offers two paid plans — Advance (₹599/month or ₹6,000/year) for single salons, and Pro (₹999/month or ₹10,000/year) for multi-branch salons and franchise brands. The Pro plan includes Group Login, Branch Linking, Multi-Branch Dashboard, and Franchise Royalty Module. There is zero setup cost — no onboarding fee is charged on any plan. Payments are collected manually by our team via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods. myAIsalon does not auto-debit any amount from your account. Subscription benefits begin upon confirmation of payment by our team. Plan features are as described on our website and may be updated with prior notice.
You may stop using the service at any time. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a paid subscription period once payment has been made and access activated. If you cancel before your renewal date, your access will continue until the end of the paid period. After expiry, your data will be retained for 30 days before it may be permanently deleted.
All salon data, customer records, visit logs, expense entries, and financial records that you create within myAIsalon are your property. We do not claim ownership over your business data. You may export all your data at any time using the built-in CSV export feature. We will not use your business data for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
You agree to use myAIsalon solely for lawful salon business operations. You must not: (a) share your owner PIN with unauthorised persons; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the application or its data; (c) use the service to store or process any illegal content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other salons' data or the platform infrastructure.
We aim to maintain high availability of the myAIsalon platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
VS Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, myAIsalon — including but not limited to loss of business data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. The platform is provided on a best-effort basis. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date above and notify active users via the application or registered mobile number. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of myAIsalon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Maharashtra, India.

When you register, we collect your salon name, registered mobile number, and owner PIN (stored as a one-way hash — we cannot read your PIN). During normal use, the application stores visit records, customer profiles (name, mobile, birthday), expense entries, stylist information, and other business data that you voluntarily enter.
Your information is used solely to operate and deliver the myAIsalon service to you. Your registered mobile number may be used to contact you for subscription renewal reminders, support queries, or important service notifications. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing to third parties.
All data is stored securely on Supabase cloud infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers. Data is isolated per salon using row-level security (RLS) — no other salon or user can access your records. Access to your salon data requires your 4-digit owner PIN and a unique per-salon secret key generated at registration.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with any third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed only if required by a valid order from an Indian court or government authority. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase / AWS) process data as data processors under their own privacy commitments.
As a salon owner, you may store your customers' names, mobile numbers, and birthday information within the app. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your customers for storing their personal information, as required under applicable Indian law.
Your data is retained for the full duration of your active subscription. After subscription expiry, data is retained for an additional 30 days to allow you to export it. After this grace period, data may be permanently and irreversibly deleted. We encourage you to export your data regularly using the CSV export feature.
You have the right to: (a) access all your data via the app at any time; (b) export your full data set using the built-in CSV export; (c) request correction of inaccurate data; (d) request deletion of your salon account and all associated data by contacting us. Data deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days.
myAIsalon does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The application uses browser localStorage solely to remember your salon connection (salon ID and secret key) so you do not need to re-enter them on return visits. No analytics or third-party tracking scripts are embedded in the application.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the application or your registered mobile number. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
